Salam! I'm Naveed Raza from Wah Cantt, Pakistan. By day I serve at the Cantonment Board Taxila (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). By night, I build.

My passion is owning my digital life end-to-end: messaging, media, photos, files and AI — all running on servers I physically control, reachable through my own domain, protected by my own security stack. Everything you see at realnaveed.com is powered by hardware sitting a few meters away from me.

If it can be self-hosted, I've probably tried it — and if it phones home without permission, it doesn't stay long.
